Clearwater Bay filming location of movie hit!

Have you seen Lost In The Stars yet? Out only a few days so far and it’s already one of the biggest films of the year!

So why are we, an international architecture and planning firm, writing about a box office hit on our social media? Well, though the film is set in SE Asia, it was actually filmed in Hainan, and guess where exactly? At one of our flagship designed projects, Sanya Agile Clearwater Bay!

The NDA designed marina, setting the scene on the big screen!

We put yachting at the centre of our activity planning, creating an expansive base for other activities like diving, fishing and surfing.

In designing Clearwater Bay, we envisioned a playground for creating unforgettable stories with the ocean as vast blue backdrop to this. And we’re very happy to say that Lost In The Stars has done exactly that!
