NDA Group is delighted to announce that on September 8, 2021, Building C - 40 floors of Sunbay Park Hotel & Resort project will top out. This occasion is a considerable success milestone in the construction process of the first international standard beach resort and entertainment complex in Ninh Thuan, the center of Binh Son marine park, Phan Rang - Thap Cham city.
The project is the passionate enthusiasm of Crystal Bay investor and leading prestigious professional units that have accompanied such as: Artelia Group – Project Manager, Delta – General Contractor; and our NDA group is honored to participate in the project as a design unit
Immerse with the indigenous culture
When receiving a detailed design for the project, we realized that this is an opportunity when the land here has unique Cham Pa indigenous culture, rich in materials for architectural design. However, this is also a big challenge. Because the rich uniqueness of the culture here will require a great deal of understanding and enthusiasm to cherish, preserve and apply it to small details of most of the project.
We are fortunate to have a team of architects who are veterans in design thinking and material selection. During a year of learning and imbibing Ninh Thuan culture, NDA architects draw inspiration from indigenous traditional dances, the most distinctive performance dances of Ninh Thuan. Thereby, we design buildings that combine different curves to depict smooth movement and lively dance rhythms. Besides, NDA uses more designs and colors of Champa, evoking traditional images inside a modern design
A Tourism "magnet"
According to a proposed plan, when completed, Sunbay Park Hotel & Resort will become a beach resort entertainment complex, having up to 3.6 hectares with 3,300 rooms. In particular, 60% of the project space is for utility operation. This is the "magnet" of the project, attracting all of Crystal Bay's vibrantinternational visitors to enjoy
Keeping up with the schedule
SunBay Park Hotel & Resort Phan Rang is the first Aparthotel model in Vietnam, the second 5-star beach entertainment complex in Vietnam invested by Crystal Bay. The project has three buildings, 40-55 floors high, of which building C is 40-floor high.
Topping out Tower C is a big steppingstone in constructing and completing the iconic work of Ninh Thuan tourism, recognizing the efforts and efforts of Crystal Bay investors and Delta contractors during the past time.
In addition to the topping out of building C, building B is on its track with urgent progress, preparing to construct the 38th floor out of its total 48 floors, trying to bring the project to the finish line on schedule as committed to the client.
At the same time, the contractor continued to build rough, focusing on promoting the completion of the model apartments and gradually completing each item of the surrounding landscape.
Locating on the magnificent Binh Son beach, we are very proud and grateful when witnessing the two high-rise towers changing day by day with quick construction speed to meet the schedule, regardless of difficulties caused by the Covid-19 pandemic
Design Studies
Light and visibility are priority factors when visitors want to experience the sea. The NDA team understands that we've spent time studying sunlight at various angles, levels, and temperatures from sunrise to sunset. Besides, through the experience on a tower in Binh Son, feeling the beautiful sea view from above, we aspire to bring a "million-dollar" sea view to visitors while also admire from high and low angles, while being able to catch the best natural light.
From research, we have designed and placed three towers in the most suitable position. At the same time, we also brought the idea of multi-angle vision into the complex, into each swimming pool, restaurant, sitting angle, etc., to create diverse viewing experiences for visitors. At Sunbay Park Hotel & Resort, you can admire the sunlight and sea with a significant view regardless of location
Design inspiration
After nearly one year of researching the local culture, from craft villages, architecture to music and dance culture, the NDA team has distilled the materials and decided to choose Champa dance as the essential theme of the design.
NDA designed 3 Sunbay Park towers with curves depicted in Apsara dance, like lively and undulating dance moves in the central sky of Binh Son marine park.
We are confident that, with this unique artistic and cultural design, Sunbay Park will be a new symbol for Phan Rang - Thap Cham City
