    Located in a future bustling bussiness hub in the Binhai district of Tianjin, this yachting lifestyle complex aims to harmonize the need to provide high-end exclusive services to its members with its location in the middle of a public riverfront park. In order not only to minimize its impact on the riverside landscape, but also to provide a highlight for the landscape itself, the yacht club is conceived of a simple gesture that basically elevates the existing park in order to accommodate underneath the yacht club’s premises, while at the same time allowing pedestrians to experience a breathtaking vista of the scenic riverfront landscape and marina.
