    Articulated by a leisure-oriented waterfront featuring a marina, high-end restaurants and other guest facilities, the resort features exotic rows of water villas as well as on-land residences stacked on top of each other for privacy and open vistas of the sea. This man-made hill-like formation allows for the ingenious combination of lush residential terraces on its edges facing the water with state-of-the-art resort amenities in terms of interior.
